1970s – “ONWARDS AND UPWARDS”

The Scotland Expedition of 1970 was ground-breaking both logistically and in terms of sense of achievement for those scouts lucky enough to be part of it and experience the grandeur of the great wilderness of the highlands for the first time. Beljamb 1971 cemented International links that were to stand the test of time and the traditional Troop Summer Camp of 1972 in Norfolk completed the circle.
